Analyst – Job Duties (Summary):
- Coordinate and execute project-related activities while ensuring SLA compliance, timeline adherence, and high-quality delivery
- Support onshore consultants and leaders in project management, client management, and email correspondence
- Serve as a liaison between teams and stakeholders, managing email communication and providing status updates
- Collaborate with Aon peers to deliver high-quality work
- Respond to client due diligence questionnaires related to data privacy, security, compliance, legal topics, and ESG for onboarding processes
- Submit timecards and expense reports on behalf of consultants and leaders, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Create purchase orders in Aon’s system to process client payments
- Enhance personal effectiveness through ongoing training, education, and development
