Customer Service New Associate – Job Duties (Summary):
- Handle and resolve customer queries, escalations, and complaints in the Customer Support vertical
- Provide best-in-class resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Solve routine problems by referring to precedents and general guidelines
- Close faults and complaints within defined SLAs
- Follow detailed instructions for all assigned tasks
