Technical Support Engineer – Job Duties (Summary):
- Assist North American customers with hardware, software, and networking issues via voice support
- Ensure customer satisfaction by responding promptly and resolving issues effectively
- Adhere to SLAs and maintain KPIs
- Troubleshoot technical issues using provided tools and escalate as needed
Qualifications we seek in you:
- Educational qualification is Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
- Freshers to 4 years (All are welcome to apply!)
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and troubleshooting
- Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (Fluency in English)
- Immediate joiners only
- No leaves allowed during training
- Hardware and network troubleshooting
- OS troubleshooting (Windows XP, 8, 10)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, VPNs, AD, DNS, and DHCP
- Familiarity with Network Protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, UDP)
- SLA management and ticketing
