Optum Freshers Recruitment – Job Description (what you will do?):
- – Provides operational analysis utilized for decision making. May make recommendations based on the analysis, and provide explanations for reporting results as needed
- – Predominantly involved in steady state application management and debugging, with up to 50% of time allocated to designing, coding, testing, and deploying new features within Intranet applications
- – Assesses and interprets customer needs and requirements
- – Maintaining and troubleshooting within an Intranet application consistent with established specifications and business requirements
- – Solves moderately complex problems and/or conducts moderately complex analyses
- – Works with minimal guidance; seeks guidance on only the most complex tasks
- – Translates concepts into practice
- – Identifies solutions to non-standard requests and problems
- – Acts as a resource for others with less experience
- – Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment)
