Trainee Engineer – Job Duties (Summary):
- Execute Poke Yoke projects related to jigs & fixtures to simplify the manufacturing process
- Manage Power Electronics and RF Coil manufacturing line
- Resolve quality issues of the line
- Support ordering Tools and equipment for manufacturing
- Support preparation of work instructions & maintain revision history
- Support preparation of Device History Records & maintain revision history
- Work with Cross functional team and supplier quality engineering team for problem solving and manage rejected materials
- Ensure all Equipment Calibration activities are done as per schedule
- Review and maintain Calibration reports
- Carry out Verification and Validation activities related to equipment & production processes
- Prepare Validation reports and Verification Reports
- Support clearance of non-conforming material reports from the production line on a daily and Weekly basis
- Manage Non confirming products area
- Support Equipment installation and maintenance activities
- Support Supplier follow up for part rejections and rework activities with supplier and Production Line
- Support engineering change communications and document distributions across cross-functional teams
- Training of manufacturing team on the changes in work instructions
- Develop solutions for quality, Cot, and Productivity issues
- Own EHS element as support member
- Support in maintaining inventory of Capital Goods & ensure good tractability
- Support implementation of Kaizen across the manufacturing lines
- Support the manufacturing team in driving Lean Action Work Outs across the site
